With natural yeast of the grapes. Maceration on the skins for 24 hours in stainless steel vats. Pressing with horizontal membrane press, uncontrolled temperature fermentation with autocton yeasts for 15 days, 3 months on the skins. The wine is polished with pours and oxigenations. It is bottled without neither filtration nor addition of sulfur. In the bottle takes place the second fermentation.

Pale straw yellow with bright reflections. The scents are fine and good elegance that give pleasant sensations reminiscent of exotic fruits and fish. In the mouth the wine is soft, with a significant fresh acidity and a nice mineral note. Overall the wine denotes elegance and balance.
